Dishwashing Technology
6.4.1
General Information
As a result of recent research, some parts of the G570 series
dishwashers have been modified.
These modifications have led to improved filtering of food remains and
also better cleaning in the cutlery tray. Modified parts have been fitted as
standard since Machine no. 8701999.
These modified parts have been collected together to make a Conversion
Kit which may be fitted in case of complaint to units with Machine nos. up
to 8701998.
Machines are adjusted during production to ensure optimal washing
results, given that sufficient water pressure (at least 1 bar) exists, a
suitable program for the soiling to be cleaned is selected, and the
recommended quantity of detergent is used.
a) Functional checks
Water softener settings.
If the mains water has a hardness greater than 4°d (70mg/l):
Check the additional functions are at the standard settings:
Is the rinse aid container empty?
b) Carry out a test run
It is important to select a suitable wash program
Adding detergent
The water hardness selector should be set as appropriate.
The salt container should be filled.
60-second water intake
One interim rinse
Do not use normal washing-up liquid or vinegar
Select setting 2
Choose "Universal 65°" for everyday washing.
Use the detergent quantity recommended by the manufacturer.
20% for pre-wash in compartment 1
80% for main wash in compartment 2
Using insufficient detergent greatly impairs wash results
