2.2.6.1 Alterations to the Height of the Plinth Strip

The plinth strip supplied is intended for a standard height of 87 cm. For a
machine height of between 82 cm and 86.5 cm, the plinth strip must be
cut to size.
Make an incision with a knife at the appropriate kerf at the side of the
plinth strip and bend the strip until it snaps apart. If the required height
does not correspond to the kerfs, a saw should be used.
Screw the plinth strip to the brackets at the top.
Make sure that the gap along the floor is uniform and as small as
possible.
