Lay the template against the door with the dotted line aligned with the
lower edge of the outer door panel.
Mark the lower edge of the neighboring unit's door on the template – refer
to Figure 2-19 – Front Panel.
Note:
To prevent the template from slipping, wedge it in place with the door of
the neighboring unit.
1. Lay the template on the back of the panel so that it is level with the
top and bottom edges of the panel. Use the graduate markings on the
sides to center the template and then transfer the position of the
arrows onto the panel – refer to Figure 2-20 – Centering the
Template.

2. Turn the template 90° and align it vertically with the marks on the door
panel so that the lower edge of the door is aligned with the reference
marks on the template. Hold the template tightly in place and use a
bradawl to mark the points to be drilled (see arrows).
Drill a pocket hole with a 2.5 mm drill bit (refer to Figure 2-21). Insert
the 4 x 15 mm screws supplied, leaving the screw heads protruding
approx 3 mm.
