Hose pump head in the coupling circuit

Removing the hose pump head

Remove the system cover and the cover of the shock wave head.
Empty the coupling circuit (refer to the section "Emptying the coupling circuit").
Switch the system off.
Remove the safety latch on the hose pump head.
Press the black lock (1/Fig. 10/11) upward or downward and remove the hose pump
head from the drive.
Open the 2 hose clamps and remove the hoses.
Remove the hose pump head.

Installing the hose pump head

Place the hose pump head on the drive shaft and lock into place.
Reconnect the 2 hoses with the hose clamps.
Ensure that the hoses are the correct length, i.e. cut them to the same length as the old
hoses.
Fill the coupling circuit (refer to "Filling the coupling circuit").

Removing the hose pump head
Switch the system off.
Open the system cover.
Empty the cooling circuit (refer to the section "Emptying the cooling circuit").
Remove the safety latch on the hose pump head.
Press the black lock (1/Fig. 10) downward or upward and remove the hose pump head
from the drive.
Open the 2 hose clamps and disconnect the hoses.
Remove the hose pump head.
Installing the hose pump head
Place the hose pump head on the drive shaft and lock into position.
Reconnect the 2 hoses with the hose clamps.
Ensure that the hoses are the correct length, i.e. cut them to the same length as the old
hoses.
Fill the cooling circuit (refer to the section "Filling the cooling circuit").
