12.3 Removing and installing rear view cam‐
era system
Rear view camera - R189- is installed in the grip strip of the lug‐
gage compartment and firmly connected with the grip strip.
The grip strip must be replaced when replacing the rear view
camera.
Removing
– Switch off the ignition and all electrical components.
– Remove the bottom tailgate trim panel ⇒ Body Work; Rep. gr.
70 .
– Disconnect the connectors on the tailgate and release the ca‐
bles leading to the rear view camera.
