4If the main unit employs software for automatic power control and the mode
switch is set to UNLOCK or LOCK, turning on the circuit breaker may
automatically turn on the power. To prevent this occurence, set the mode switch
to MAINTENANCE before turning on or off the circuit breaker.
• Procedure

Set the mode switch to UNLOCK or MAINTENANCE.

Press the power switch on the operator panel on the main unit.
A confirmation message "POWER OFF OK?" is displayed on the status display
(LCD).

Within five seconds, press the power switch on the operator panel of the main
unit again.
This action starts the system shutdown sequence. After the system shuts down, the
main unit power is turned off.

After the power to the main unit is turned off, the message "POWER ON
READY" is displayed on the status display (LCD). After confirming the display
of this message, turn off the power to the peripheral units.
