Trigger Jitter Test, Standard

N O T E
This test must be performed in addition to the
all DCAs with option 001.
Measure the jitter introduced by the DCA. The jitter is measured at 200 mVp-p input signal to
the trigger of the DCA. This is done to measure the jitter at this minimum specified trigger input
level. This minimum trigger signal corresponds to the worst case jitter of the DCA. There is a
190 mV test condition to help guarantee customer specification. Test Limits.
The histogram function is used to measure the jitter. This method is independent of the built-in
jitter RMS function of the DCA
