The address and data buses run between several assembly. A memory test failure could be caused
by component on the bus.
For any failures that require the replacement of the A13 Acquisition assembly with an exchange
(bluestripe) board assembly, please print out the failure results, or write them on a piece of paper,
and send it along with the returned A13 Acquisition assembly
Prompt user to execute the manual procedure. Query the user for when this step is completed
(yes/no). Default should be no.
Store Pass and Fail based on the user input. Store the date and time the test was completed.
