cessed separately by the dedicated unit or system in existing models.
1) High-speed input of analog signals from displacement sensors etc,
which have been processed in the linear sensor controller in the exist-
ing system, enables the ladder program processing.
2) This unit can perform the simplified position controls that have been
operated with motion control and position control units in the existing
system. Taking in the encoder signals enables the unit to drive the ser-
vo driver with analog output. In addition, using the other analog output
makes it possible to limit the torque and control inverters.
