OFF: Measurement for high-speed
counter rate of change or frequency
measurement is not in progress.
ON: Measurement for high-speed
counter rate of change or frequency
measurement is in progress. After
the Measurement Start Bit (bit 02 in
AR 09) is turned ON, this flag turns
ON when sampling starts (in mea-
surement mode 1) or after 2 ms has
elapsed (in measurement mode 2).
Note: This flag is valid only when
the measurement mode set in the
Unit Setup Area (DM 6606 and
DM 6608) is set to high-speed
counter rate of change (measure-
ment mode 1) or frequency mea-
surement (measurement mode 2).
OFF: High-speed counter is
stopped.
ON: High-speed counter is operat-
ing.
