OFF: Measurement for high-speed
counter rate of change or fre-
quency measurement is not in
progress.
ON: Measurement for high-speed
counter rate of change or fre-
quency measurement is in
progress. After the Measurement
Start Bit (bit 02 in AR 09) is turned
ON, this flag turns ON when sam-
pling starts (in measurement mode
1) or after 2 ms has elapsed (in
measurement mode 2).
Note: This flag is valid only when
the measurement mode set in the
Unit Setup Area (DM 6606 and
DM 6608) is set to high-speed
counter rate of change (measure-
ment mode 1) or frequency mea-
surement (measurement mode 2).
OFF: High-speed counter is
stopped.
ON: High-speed counter is operat-
ing.
Same as for high-speed counter 1
status.
