4.9 System
● Station name
Assign the station name of the RTU.
The station name of the RTU provides structural information within you system.
Note
Host name (DNS)
The station name is used as the host name of the RTU for DNS and DynDNS servers.
You configure the protocol-specific addressing data in the "TeleControl" tab.
● Station description
Optional: Enter a free description of the station (max. 20 characters).
Location
Enter the latitude and longitude of the RTU location as degrees.
60 min corresponds to 1 degree. The first two decimal places of the input boxes are the
minutes.
60 seconds correspond to 0.01 degrees. The 3rd and 4th decimal places of the input boxes
are the seconds.
● Latitude
Range of values: -90.0000 .. 90.0000
Positive values for north, negative values for south
● Longitude
Range of values: -180.0000 .. 180.0000
Positive values for east, negative values for west
● End session after inactive period (minutes)
From the drop-down list, select the time, after which a session in the WBM is closed
automatically if no user input is detected.
After closing s session, you need to log in again with user name and password.
As long as a user is logged in, the RTU does not change to sleep mode.
