● Notifications
Using the drop-down list, select whether or not the RTU sends notifications as SMS
messages or e-mails.
Messages can be sent after the following events:
– Reaching a configurable operating time of the battery
– After changing over the battery module
● Change immediately to communication mode
If you select the option, the RTU changes immediately to communication mode as soon
as a named events occurs.
● Recipient group
Here you select the recipient group for the messages.
Configuration of the recipient groups in "Users / groups"
● After battery operating time of:
If the option is enabled, a message is sent when the configured value of the operating
time of the active battery module is reached after being activated by the RTU.
● Runtime (days)
Enter a value for the number of days after which the message is sent.
If you enter 0, the function is deactivated.
● Text
Here, select the text for this message.
Configure the text in "Tags" > "Texts"
● After battery changeover
This option only makes sense when using two battery modules.
If the option is enabled, a message is sent when the RTU changes from one battery
module (including optional expansion modules) to the other battery module. The RTU
changes from the active module to the second battery module (substitute module) when
the voltage value of the active module sinks below the critical threshold value.
The advantage of this is that the active module can be completely emptied before
switching to the second battery module and a message being sent. After sending the
message there is normally enough time for a battery change and the capacity of the
batteries is used to the best effect.
