Backing up the configuration

Once the configuration is complete, you must backup the RSA administration changes. A copy of the
ASM backup can be stored on the laptop computer (in case something happened to the RSA card, the
settings could be restored easily) or you may select another server on the customer's network. If the latter,
you must have a login ID and password. You can use the backup copy to restore the RSA configuration in
the event of damage or corruption. You also can modify the saved configuration file before restoring it on
the RSA.
Complete the following steps to backup the ASM configuration:

Click Configuration File.

In the Backup ASM Configuration section, click View the current configuration summary.

Verify that these are the settings that you want to save, then click Close.
If the settings are not as desired, go to the respective areas and update the information. See
5, Updating the configuration summary,
