Starting Motor Removal and Installation
1. Starting motor
2. Battery cable nut
Starting motor mount bolt
ON-Vehicle Service
3. Starting motor mount bolt
25 N·m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
Removal
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Disconnect coupler (1) for HO2S-2 circuit.
3) Remove starter bolts from cylinder block, and then remove
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.

• Tighten starter bolts to specified torque

Starter bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
