Description
This command provides the explicit definition of the maximum amount of tokens allowed for a spe-
cific meter. The value is given in kilobits and overrides the default value for the context.
In case of trTCM, the maximum burst size parameter specifies the maximum burst size that can be
transmitted by the source at the PIR while complying with the PIR. If the transmitted burst is lower
than the MBS value then the packets are marked as out-profile by the meter to indicate that the traffic
is not complying with CIR, but complying with PIR.
In case of srTCM, the maximum burst size parameter specifies the maximum burst size that can be
transmitted by the source while not complying with the CIR. The transmitted burst is lower than the
MBS value then the packets are marked as out-profile by the meter to indicate that the traffic is not
complying with CIR.
If the packet burst is higher than MBS then packets are marked as red are dropped by the meter.
The no form of this command returns the MBS size assigned to the meter to the default value.

Description
This command defines the mode of the meter. The mode can be configured as Two Rate Three Color
Marker (trTCM) or Single Rate Three Color Marker (srTCM). The mode command can be executed
at anytime.
The no form of the command sets the default mode to be trtcm.
