Running
State of the discovery mechanism. If the status of the discovery mechanism is

Down then the state of discovery mechanism is Fault. However, if the status of
the discovery mechanism is Running then the state can be any one of the
following:
Passive Wait
Active Send Local
Send Any
Send Local Remote
Send Local Remote Ok
Fault
Specifies that the local end is undergoing a unified in-service software upgrade
ISSU
(ISSU).
Address of the OAM peer.
