1. The grease lubrication of the motor gear is not enough.
2. Motor is broken/Life.
3. Servo Board is broken.
4. Tool Carriage fixation to the belt is loose.
REFERENCE
When using hard-to-unroll or too heavy media, Motor Error
occurs due to the too much load for feeding the media.
When the Drive Gear has some dirt on its teeth and cannot
rotate, Motor Error occurs.
When the Motor is broken or reaches its life, the Motor cannot
follow the order from the CPU and it results in a Motor Error.
When the Motor Driver is broken, the power supply voltage for
the motor is not supplied and the motor cannot move. It
results in a Motor Error.
When the Power Supply voltage for the Motor is not supplied,
the Motor cannot move and it results in a Motor Error.
