Remove the 2 screws fixing the Head Board Cover, and

move it upward.
There is a tab on the left side of the Head Board
Cover.
Disconnect the 2 flexible cables from the head.

Remove the Spring, and remove the 3 screws fixing the

head.
Then, pull the head towards the front and pull it up to
remove it.
