You must configure the Windows QoS Packet Scheduler. The procedures that you must follow
to configure the Windows QoS Packet Scheduler are as follows:
1. Enabling the DSCP value of conforming packets settings
2. Starting the QoS RSVP service
3. Enabling the QoS Packet Scheduler for network connection
Enabling the DSCP value of conforming packets
1. From the Start menu, select Run.
2. In the Open field, enter gpedit.msc.

Note:
Guaranteed Service Type is used for RTP traffic. Using the DSCP value of "46"
maps it to the Avaya IP Node Voice or Media DSCP values.
