Using the IP Network Statistics tool
1. Press the Services key twice.
2. Press 2 4 on the dialpad to access the IP Network Statistics menu or use the Up/

4. The screen displays Reset, Refresh, and Return soft keys. The Refresh soft key

• Packets received
• Incoming Packet errors
• Outgoing Packet errors
• Incoming Packets discarded
• Outgoing Packets discarded
• Unknown protocols ( Unknown protos )
• Last Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) message type and code (The
Last ICMP Type/Code)
• VPN Packets Sent
• VPN Packets Received
• VPN Decryption Failure
• VPN Authentication Failure
• VPN Last ICMP Type/Code
