Avaya 2050 IP Softphone
Verifying an Avaya 2050 IP Softphone registers with the License Server
1. Click the Menu button.
2. Select Help > Avaya 2050 IP Softphone Diagnostics.
If the Avaya 2050 IP Softphone loses communication with the License Server, the following
occurs: the License type appears as Cashed License, the License Server Address appears as
Not Applicable and the Current License Expiration field shows the cached license expiry date.
The Licensing Server issue must be resolved by this date; otherwise, the Avaya 2050 IP

Server address appears and the Current License Expiration field appears as "No
Expiration". See
