Avaya 1150E IP Deskphone feature key number assignments
This section describes the following keys supported on the Avaya 1150E IP Deskphone:
Self-labeled line/programmable feature keys
ACD fixed feature keys
Soft keys
Self-labeled line/programmable feature keys
The Avaya 1150E IP Deskphone has six self-labeled line/programmable feature keys, which
can support up to 12 DNs or features on two pages. When a call is presented on a feature key
which is not currently shown, the message Shift for Call appears in the display area. Press the
Shift/Outbox key to access the second page of a feature or DNs, or to access any Expansion
Module 1100s attached to the phone.
The six self-labeled line/programmable feature keys are numbered 0 to 5 for the first key page,
and 6 to 11 for the second key page.
When key 0 is programmed as the ACD In-Calls key, the default features are assigned to the
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) fixed keys.
