Drive Housing and Gear –C6 – To minimize jitter, along with the
modification to Gear – C3 (See TSB G031/G032 – 006), Gear – C6 has
been modified. The hollow areas of the gear have been eliminated and
are now solid. The additional weight of the Gear will reduce jitter. Also
the old style support shaft for Gear – C3 was mounted on the old style
Drive Housing which was made from plastic. To minimize the play
between Gear – C3 and its shaft, the material of the shaft has been
changed to metal. The old style Drive Housing (P/N G0291100) has
been divided into a separate Drive Housing (P/N G0291121) and
Support Plate (P/N G0291122). The following parts updates are being
issued for all G031 Parts Catalogs. Please update your Parts Catalog
with the following information.
