All G031 printers manufactured after the Serial Numbers listed below will have the new style Right Turn
Guide installed during production.
TURN GUIDE – To increase the reliability for paper feeding, the Turn Guide
for the right side has been changed. The width of the Right Turn Guide has
been increased by .3 mm and is white in color. The original style Turn Guide
was black in color. The following part update is being issued for all G031
Parts Catalogs. Please update your Parts Catalogs with the following
information.
