8.4.5 Markings on the Width Guide Rail
The width guide rail inside the cassette is equipped with paper size positioning holes, which are marked
A through M as shown in Table.
Refer to these markings if the user reports skew movement of paper, thereby deciding whether the paper
width is set correctly. (Note that this information is not disclosed to the user.)

8.4.6 Paper Size
The microprocessor on the DC controller PCB determines the size of paper based on the inputs on paper
width and paper length.
Table shows the paper size groupings selected in service mode.
