Check for fuel leakage.

Check for water leakage.

Check for exhaust leakage

ENGINE AND LOWER UNIT NOISE

Check the engine and lower unit for abnormal noise

IDLE-SPEED

Check that the engine speed at fully-closed throttle
is correct.

IGNITION TIMING

Check that the ignition timing at fully-closed and
fully-open throttle positions is correct.

MOTOR EXTERIOR

Check that motor exterior for any flaking of the
paint, and if necessary touch-up with paint of the
original colour.

INSTRUCTING THE NEW OWNER

Instruct the new owner on the operation of all con-
trols and the running-in procedure. Also advise him
on propeller-to-boat matching.
