3. Connecting the No. 1 cylinder crankshaft to
the No. 2 cylinder crankshaft
1. Install:
9 Labyrinth seal 1 (to crank 3 2)
9 Clip 3
Plate A

NOTE:
Apply Yamaha 2-stroke motor oil on the labyrinth
seal.
2. Install:
9 Plate B 1 (between crank 1 and crank
2)
9 Crank 1 and crank 2 2 (on the crank 3
3)
Plate B .................................................1

9 Align the match marks a on crank 3 and 2.
9 Apply Yamaha 2-stroke motor oil on the crank
3 and 2.
3. Press-fit:
9 Crank 2 and crank 3
(apply a force of 7 ton)
Height ring (H54) ................................1

Press body..........................................2

Be sure to press-fit the No. 1 crank squarely
onto No. 2 crank.
