Installing and Replacing a Power Supply Unit
power supply model.
Your hot-swap power supply model contains one or two power supplies. The second
power supply is optional and provides a redundant configuration that ensures continued
operation of the system in the unlikely event one of the power supplies fails.
Installing a Power Supply Unit
1. Read section
Turn off the power. Failure to do so causes the server to mal-
function or fail.
2. Remove the screw securing the blank cover and remove the cover from the
chassis.
