CHECK TYRE PRESSURES AND TYRE
CONDITION
Check and adjust the front and rear tyre pressures.
Inspect the tread and sidewalls for damage.
Adjust the tyre pressures to suit the load being
carried. See 'Tyre Pressures and Permissible Loads'
in Section 3.
NOTE: If the tyres are ballasted with a calcium
chloride/water solution, use a special tyre gauge as
the solution will corrode a standard-type gauge.
Check pressure with the valve stem at the bottom.
