Engine Disassembly Process
4. Remove the stator
housing.(Photo D)
NOTE: The stator is attached to the inside of the
cover. Note the two alignment dowels as circled in
photo.
5. Photo of stator inside of cover. (Photo E)
6. Remove the water pump cover and impeller.
(Photo F)
NOTE: The impeller can be removed by turning the
nut counter- -clockwise. Hold the flywheel stationary
while removing the impeller.
