Veal and basil pastries

Peel the garlic and shallots.
Put them in the Mini Bowl with the basil. Pulse 3 times.
Chop the veal and bacon into large chunks.
Put them in the bowl with the metal blade. Pulse 3 times.
Add the herbs, blend for 45 seconds. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 410°F (gas mark 6-7).
Roll the pastry out on a floured surface. Cut out circles 5-inch in diameter.
Beat the egg yolks with a little water and brush onto the pastry circles.
Place a small mound of filling on one half of each circle. Fold over the other half
and press the edges together.
Brush the top of each pastry with beaten egg.
Arrange the pastries on an oven tray dusted with flour or covered with a sheet of
greaseproof paper.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve piping hot.
