SMS Mailbox Housecleaning

It is possible for your SMS mailbox to get a little unwieldy. Follow these suggestions to
manage and clean your mailbox.
To view and clean a particular SMS folder:
1. Start your Messages icon and press the Menu key.
2. Scroll down to View Folder and click. You will see a list of your available
message folders. See left image of Figure 18-2.
3. To clean up your inbox, just click on SMS Inbox and only your SMS
inbox messages will be displayed.
4. Highlight the date row separator (e.g. ''Mon, Sep 4, 2007'') under the
most recent message you desire to keep, press the Menu key, and
select Delete Prior. See right image of Figure 18-2.
5. All older messages will then be deleted.
6. To delete an individual message, just click on the message, press the
Menu key, and choose Delete.
7. Choose the SMS Outbox folder to do the same with sent messages.
