To find the advanced Profiles menu:
1. Click on the Sounds icon as
you did above.
2. Scroll down to Set Ring
Tones/Alerts and click.
Now you can adjust the tones

and alerts for the Phone,
Messages, Instant Messages,
Reminders, or Browser by
choosing the field to edit.
4. There are profile settings for
almost every alert you can
have on your BlackBerry:
BlackBerry Messenger (Alert
and New Message), Browser,
Calendar, Level 1 Messages
(High Priority), Email,
Reminders, Phone, SMS and
Tasks.
TIP: Some new applications you install--- -
some news readers, for example--- -can also
have profile categories in this screen.
