1. Start your Messages app.
2. Make sure you are in the Messages
list (Inbox).
3. Highlight the date row separator; it will
say the day of the week, followed by
the date such as Sat, Jun 19, 2010
shown here:
under the most recent message you
want to keep.
4. Press the Menu key and select
Delete Prior.
All older messages will then be

To delete an individual message, just click on the message, press the Menu key and
choose Delete.
CAUTION: If you have turned on Call Logs in your Messages Inbox, Delete Prior will also
delete all your Call Logs.
