The picture will now appear in several
places:
On the screen when you

speak with that person on
the phone
In their contact entry.

It will also appear next to

their email address.
TIP: On any menu, you can jump down to an entry by pressing the key using the key's first
letter. So, to jump down to Options press the O key.

Changing the Way Contacts Are Sorted

You can sort your contacts by First Name, Last
Name, or Company Name.
1. Click on your Contacts i con---- - but
don't click on any particular contact.
2. Press the Menu key and select
Options.
3. Then click on General Options.
4. In the Sort By field, click on the
trackpad and choose the way you
wish for your contacts to be sorted.
You may also select whether to allow
duplicate names and whether to
confirm the deletions of contacts from
this menu.
