4. The screen will now display all the
programs installed on your
BlackBerry. Scroll to the application
you want to delete to highlight it,
press the Menu key, and select
Delete.
5. Then, you will need to confirm that
you want to delete the program and
it will be removed.
NOTE: Sometimes you BlackBerry will need to reboot itself to complete the program deletion
process. It will tell you if it needs to reboot and ask you to confirm.
Troubleshooting Software Removal
If the software is not completely removed
from your BlackBerry after following the
above steps, then try this:
1. Go back into the Options icon.
2. Select Advanced Options.
3. Select Applications.
4. Press the Menu key, and select
Modules.
5. Now scroll down the list of modules and make sure to delete every module
with a name that is related to the software you are trying to remove.
Highlight a module, press the Menu key, and select Delete from the menu.
NOTE: If you have a Windows computer, you can also use the Application Loader icon built
into BlackBerry Desktop Manager software to remove icons (see page 89).
