Changing the Home Screen Background Image or
Wallpaper
Now that you have a Theme you like and have adjusted the font size and type to your
preferences, you may also want to change the background image on your Home screen,
which is also called the Home screen image or wallpaper. You saw above how to
download new Themes; use the same steps to download new wallpaper.
If you like, since you have a built-in camera, you can simply snap a picture and
immediately use it as wallpaper. In fact, you can use any image that is stored on your
BlackBerry---- - either i n the BlackBerry's m ain m emory o r o n t he m emory card---- - as
wallpaper. Grab a picture of your favorite person, a beautiful sunset, or any landscape
for your own personalized BlackBerry wallpaper.
Changing Your Wallpaper or Home Screen Image Using a
Stored Picture
1. Click on the Media folder.
2. Highlight the Pictures icon
and click on it.

pressing the Menu key from the Home
screen and selecting Options, as shown
