These are items available only in the Premium edition of Documents to Go. If you'd like,
you can upgrade right from one of the menu items in the application. Press the Menu
key and select Try Premium Features.
If you want to make changes to the
document, press the Menu key and select
Edit Mode from the menu.
To adjust the formatting of the document, press the Menu key and select Format. You
will then see the available Formatting options (see Figure 12-5).

NOTE: Sometimes the Documents to Go program gets updated in BlackBerry App World.
Every so often, check the App World to see if a new version is available.
