Using BlackBerry Text-Based Help

There may be times when you don't have this book or our video tutorials handy and you
need to find out how to do something on your BlackBerry right away.
You can get to the help menu from the Help i con---- - and almost every
application on the BlackBerry has a built in contextual help menu that can
answer some of your basic questions.

Using the Help Menus Inside Applications

You can access Help from virtually any application. Let's take a look at the Help menu
built into the Calendar.
1. Click your Calendar icon, or press the Home screen hotkey L (see page
541).
2. In most applications on your
BlackBerry, Help is the top menu
item, or near the top. Press the
Menu key, scroll up to and click
on Help. You'll see a number of
topics about the Calendar.
3. To select any of these options, just
glide the trackpad to highlight the
item (such as Calendar basics, as
shown) and click the trackpad.
