YY Description
*5 02 A file system error has
occurred.

Remedy
1. Type in TYPE-TYPE of the partition in
question, and execute HDD-CLEAR.
Thereafter, turn off and then back on the
main switch.
2. If the system still exits after the
foregoing, suspect a fault on the HDD, and
replace the HDD and re-install the system
software.
The system software is designed so that the
information in this partition (e.g., address
book, filter) is not deleted inadvertently;
i.e., you will not the able to execute HDD-
CLEAR from service mode.
1. If possible, ask the user to back up the
address book data using the RUI.
2. From service mode, start download
mode; then, execute full formatting using
the SST and re-install the system software
(System, Language, RUI). Thereafter, turn
off and the back on the main power.
This type of error is highly rare.
1. Using TYPE-TYPE=1, 2, 3, 5, execute
HDD-CLEAR. Thereafter, turn off and
then back on the power.
2. If the symptom still exits after the
foregoing, suspect a fault on the HDD, and
replace the HDD and re-install the system
software.
