Print Processing
SHIFT
The SHIFT-option in the OUTPUT-command shifts the print-data (variable data, forms and
images) against the physical paper in the ±X-direction, independent of a portrait- or land-
scape-print-mode.
An increasing positive Shift-value results in an increasing distance of variable data and
leading edge, a increasing negative Shift-value results in a decreasing distance of variable
data and leading edge.
