ALL
Results in an offset of each copy of each report.
Note: For continuous feed printers the attached post
processing system must support this. Otherwise ALL
takes no effect.
The default is ALL.
FIRST
Specifies that an offset is to occur only on the first
copy of a report.
Note: For continuous feed printers the attached post
processing system must support this. Otherwise
FIRST takes no effect.
NONE
Specifies that there is to be no offset at any time.

USLEGAL, USLETTER
+ special LCDS papersize names used in V2.10 and
V2.00
Variable papersize. Maximum is 33 inch.
Papersize cannot be changed in a job
If no papersize is defined, the default papersize is
used.
