If you do not have Peer for OS/2, you can map the StorPoint CD to a drive
letter using the
net use
1. Open an OS/2 window.
2. Use the
command to mount the StorPoint CD. At the OS/2 prompt,
net use
type:
net use <drive letter>: \\AXIS<nnnnnn>\<folder>
where <nnnnnn> are the six last digits of your StorPoint CD serial number and
is any shared StorPoint CD folder.

To access the root level of your StorPoint CD with serial number

Example 2 (Volumes folder access):
If your StorPoint CD serial number is 00408C18025C, and you want to be
able to access all the discs under the drive letter F, type:
net use F: \\AXIS18025C\volumes
Example 3 (Disc access):
If your StorPoint CD serial number is 00408C18025C, and you want to
map a disc named 44018881 to drive G, type:
net use G: \\AXIS18025C\44018881
