• If the Service Lock setting for Fax is set to Password Locked, you need to enter the four digit password to use the fax
function. If the Service Lock setting for Fax is set to Locked, the fax function is disabled. For details, see
on page 289.
• If the Panel Lock Set is set to Enable, you need to enter the four digit password to enter the Admin Menu menu.
