 Operator Panel
The operator panel has a 160 × 64 dots liquid crystal display (LCD), light-emitting diodes (LED), control buttons, one
touch dial buttons and number pad, which allow you to control the printer.

One Touch Dial buttons
Calls up the stored Fax number registered in the Phone Book. The first eight fax numbers in the Phone Book
are assigned to the buttons in row order, starting from the left top corner.

LCD Panel
Displays various settings, instructions, and error messages.

Moves a cursor or highlight up or down.

(Job Status) button
Moves to the top level of the Job Status menu.

Moves a cursor or highlight left or right.

(System) button
Moves to the top level of the System menu.

Number Pad
Enters characters and numbers.

CA (Clear All) button
Resets the current setting, and returns to the top level of each menu.

(Energy Saver) button
Lights up in the Power Saver mode. Press this button to enter or exit the Power Saver mode.

(Stop) button
Cancels the current processing or pending job.
11
(Start) button
Starts a job.

(Error) LED
Lights up when the printer has an error.
