Configuring the deletion policy

1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Deletion
Policy.
The Deletion Policy Properties dialog appears.
2 In the Settings section, select an hour when automatic deletion is
to occur, in the Deletion Time field.
3 In the Incoming Faxes and Outgoing Faxes fields, browse to
select where the backup files should be saved, before being deleted
from the archive database.
4 Click OK.
The General Settings node in Configuration lets you configure
settings for system alert notifications and fax queues, and view or
update the OmniTouch Fax Server license.
System alert notifications can be directed to any e-mail address,
although they are usually directed to the system administrator. You
can also choose a gateway for inbound fax notifications.
