• Businesses that do not need extended control over who is using the sys-
tem.
• Businesses that want to give every employee the right to send and
receive faxes through e-mail but that do not want to manage users in
OmniTouch Fax Server.
• Businesses with a limited number of users who must be listed in the
OmniTouch Fax Server Internal Directory.
• Service providers that want to direct users to distinct Sites based on
their SMTP domains.
1 Under Directories Integration, add anOmniTouch Fax Server Internal
Directory. The default Attribute mapping is adequate. You do not
have to create Conditions. The Internal Directory will provide Site
and Profile Attributes for all users listed in the OmniTouch Fax Server
Internal Directory.
2 Under Site Lookup Table, add three rules.
Rule 1
This rule will direct all listed users to their respective Sites.
Configure Rule 1 as follows:
Rule Type = Use The Site Specified By
Attribute = Site
You do not have to create Conditions.
Rule 2
Configure Rule 2 as follows:
Rule Type = Use This Site
Site = Company
Then add the Condition shown on the following screenshot.

This rule will allow all the unlisted users of Company to be
redirected to the Company Site.
Rule 3
Configure Rule 3 as follows:
Rule Type = Use This Site
Site = Consultants
As a safeguard, add the Condition shown on the following screenshot.
(Ajouter print screen; "SmtpAddress Match *.")
This rule will direct everyone else to the Consultants Site.
3 Under the Profile Lookup Table of Company, add two rules.
