5. Forms for Microsoft Outlook

OmniTouch Fax Server offers six forms for Outlook:

• Notification Incoming Success

• Notification Incoming Failed

• Notification Outgoing Success

• Notification Outgoing Failed

• Composition

• Preview

In order for users to use these Outlook forms, the administrator must perform a two-

phase process: first configure Microsoft Exchange, and then publish the forms.

5.1.

For MS Exchange 2000 and 2003, follow the steps below:
