Setting the fax priority

OmniTouch Fax Server System Administrator Guide - 8AL_90215_USAA ed.01
and notification upon success or failure of incoming and outgoing
faxes.
The fax priority affects the order in which the faxes are sent. This is
however compounded by the number of retry attempts to send a fax.
The server first polls for faxes that it has not tried to send. If some
are found, faxes with a High priority are tried first, then the ones
with a Normal priority and finally the ones with a Low priority. The
server then restarts the polling from scratch. If no new faxes to send
are found, the server then polls for faxes that have only been tried
once. If some are found, they are sent according to the High,
Normal, Low order and the server again starts the polling from
scratch. If none are found, the server polls for faxes that have
already been tried twice... and so on.
This implies that the more unsuccessful attempts are made to send a
fax, the more it might have to wait until the next retry, regardless of
its original priority.
